“Looks like you could use some company,” Cam said letting Yolanda know that she was no longer in the house alone.
Yolanda looked up and saw Cam standing there. “I have HIV Cam.”
Cam chuckled. “Yeah me too.”
Yolanda stood to her feet. “You think this shit is funny? This all your fault!”
“How is this all my fault?” Cam asked.
“Because if you would have just done right when we were together, we would be living happily ever after right now, but no you just had to go out and fuck all these other women!” Yolanda cried.
Cam thought about it for a second and Yolanda had a good point. If he could go back and change a few things, he would do it in a heartbeat. “I’m sorry baby. I never meant for all of this to happen.”
“I hate you Cam! You ruined my entire life!” Yolanda said through clench teeth as she punched him in his chest. “Get the fuck out of my life forever!”
The sound of the front door getting kicked open grabbed both of their attention. Seconds later two masked men entered through the front door soaking wet. Before Cam could even say a word he watched as the taller masked man shot Yolanda in the leg.
Yolanda looked up from the floor crying, looking at Cam for him to help her, but instead he stood frozen like a deer caught in headlights. “Please Cam help me... Pllllease…” Yolanda’s cries ended when the shorter gunman stabbed her like she was an animal out in the wilderness. He then stood up and stared Cam in the face before he removed his mask.
Cam frowned when he saw who the masked man was. “Honey what the fuck are you doing?”
“It’s funny that I would find you here,” Honey said still holding the knife in her hand.
“So you’ve been the one killing everyone?”
“The problem is that you get distracted too easily. So I had to remove all of the distractions,” Honey told him as she walked over to the fridge and grabbed an open bottle of wine and guzzled straight from the bottle. “Now because of you I have HIV. How do you plan on fixing that?”
“Whatever you need me to do I got you,” Cam said seriously.
“Truck you heard that right?” Honey asked. Truck removed his mask and said, “Yeah I heard him.”
“You was in on this too Truck?” Cam asked in disbelief. He was convinced that the two of them were officially crazy.
“She’s the boss,” Truck said with a smile. “I just follow orders.”
“Cam you gave me HIV” Honey reminded him. “You basically took my life, so what I’m going to do is give you two options,” she paused for a second. “One I can kill you right now or two you can be with me and only me and ride this thing out with me and only me... What’s it going to be?”
Cam pulled Honey in close for a hug. “I love you and we going to work this out.”
Honey smiled as she dropped the knife and slid down to one knee and pulled out a ring. “Cam will you marry me?”
Cam looked over at Yolanda’s dead body and then looked down at the crazed look on Honey’s face. “Yes baby I’ll marry you,” he said placing a fake smile on his face.
“This bitch is crazy and I’m going to have to find a way to get away from this crazy bitch before she kills me in my sleep,” Cam said to himself as he acted as if everything was fine.
“Cam if you ever cheat on me again I promise I will kill you,” Honey told him with a serious look on her face. “Promise me now that you’ll never cheat on me ever again.”
“I promise I’ll never cheat on you again,” Cam said.
Chapter 29
THREE YEARS LATER
Cam sat on the couch playing Madden. For the past two years he hadn’t even looked at another woman. This was the longest that he’d been faithful in his life and he had to admit that it wasn’t that bad being with just one woman and one woman only. Honey had turned back into her old self and she showed no signs of turning back into a ruthless killer. Cam really didn’t trust Truck or want him in the house but he just kept quiet to prevent problems.
“Daddy, daddy I wanna play,” Lil Cam whined as he reached for his controller. In order to keep his life Cam had to become an official family man. He’d been forced to get Honey pregnant shortly after they’d gotten married.
Honey came downstairs and kissed Cam on the cheek. “Fish for dinner tonight?”
“Nah I think I want to go out and eat tonight,” Cam said as he followed Honey into the kitchen and palmed her ass and planted soft kisses on her neck. Cam slipped his hand down the front of her thong and began massaging her fat swollen clit.
“Oooww” Honey moaned. “Don’t start anything you can’t finish.”
Just as Cam got ready to reply, he heard the doorbell ring. “Damn perfect timing,” he said as he kissed Honey and went to go answer the door.
Cam opened the door and saw a white women standing on the other side of the door and by her side stood a young boy who couldn’t have been no older than four years old. “Can I help you?”
“Hey Cam,” the white girl said with a smile.
“I’m sorry have we met before,” Cam said playing dumb. The white girl that stood before him was one of his old side chicks that he used to deal with years ago, but her mother had gotten sick so she had to leave town to go and take care of her mother and that was the last time Cam had seen her.
“Stop playing Cam,” the white girl said. “Sorry. I didn’t mean to just pop up at your house like this, but I didn’t have no other way to get in touch with you.”
“Well thanks for stopping by Amanda, but now isn’t the best time,” Cam said in a rushed tone. “Give me your number and I’ll call you later.”
“Okay but first I would like for you to meet somebody,” Amanda said with a smile. “I would like to introduce you to your son. David this is your father Camron, Camron meet David.”
“Hey dad,” little David said shyly.
Before Cam could find the words to reply, Honey walked up nosily and looked the white girl up and down.
“Hi you doing? Can I help you?” Honey asked in a professional manner.
